Shameless Carrot-Pineapple Cupcakes!

I made some scrumptious, super moist carrot-pineapple cupcakes with delectable cream cheese frosting. I even used whole wheat pastry flour and substituted half the oil for applesauce. They definitely weren't guilt free, but you don't have to feel ashamed to eat one or....maybe two.
