I have been given the wonderful opportunity to cater a "Broadwalk" for the Great Old Broads for Wilderness. We are heading up to Warner Springs, CA on Thursday to the Oak Grove Community Center. It should be crazy fun!!! Here is the menu: I use mostly all local organic produce and organic meats, cheeses, and dairy.

Saturday Breakfast: Tomato, Asparagus, Goat Cheese Egg Frittata Roasted Red Potatoes Fresh Fruit Dinner: Vegetable Lasagna and Turkey Sausage Lasagna Caesar Salad Fresh Artisan Bread Dessert: Avocado Pound Cake served with Whipped Creme Fraiche, Grapefruit, Oranges, and Strawberries
